Initial Consultation

Our design process begins with learning about you - your needs and desires for function, mood and style. We will walk through your space, learn about your vision, discuss rough budget, timeline and process. This discussion will provide you the opportunity to assess whether our ideas complement your own and for you to get a sense if we are the right fit for the project. We can also decide what service best suits your project.

Once we are formally working together, we revisit what was captured in the initial consultation process and discuss the full scope of work in detail. A contract is then signed with a SOW.

Design phase & presentation

Thoughtful Curation

With your desires and needs for function, style and mood as our guide, we work together to curate thoughtfully from your existing space to create distinctive, intimate and inviting design elements. We present you with a mood board early in the process to ensure our starting point is certain, then will present designs for your review so that you can approve each selection and every aspect of the design. Meetings may be in person or virtual.

When renovation requires construction, we prioritize architectural design first to capture all specifications for trades to begin work and then the furnishings and finishes follow. We provide renderings to help clients visualize the renovation.

We bring in skilled, licensed professionals to give quotes. An accurate construction budget will be available after the design phase is complete, so that contractors have the specific plans to generate accurate pricing.

Procurement

We handle furniture and décor procurement end to end. We order as well as track custom builds and shipping, and finally delivery- this lessens your stress! If desired we can use a receiver to receive, inspect and store items until installation date.

Design Implementation Phase

Design implementation begins at the execution stage. Once quotes are approved, we can handle the full-service project management where we oversee the delivery timeline, inspect product condition, and check on the installation process. We plan and coordinate site visits to ensure the project is moving along as needed.

Project Completion

We will oversee the installation, placement, and styling to complete your project. Making sure items are properly placed and spaced is the final step. Final staging and accessorizing services are available.
